Shipping policy

Where do we ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Poland, so parcels arrive quickly and without customs charges.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders. You only pay for the product.

When will we send your order?
We prepare and dispatch orders within 48 hours of purchase (on business days). Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.

How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, parcels usually arrive within 1–2 business days. Total waiting time is typically 2–4 business days from placing the order — often sooner.

How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can check its status on the carrier's website.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we ship within Poland. International shipping is in the works.
